Registration Form

Parents must complete and submit one registration form for each child they whish to enroll.

Registration is currently only open to La'akam members.
General registration is from June 1 to June 15, 2026

Dates and Times

Weeks your child will attend:

Camp is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Full registration (for 4 consecutive weeks) $250 x 4

Week 1 (July 6 - July 10) $300

Week 2 (July 13 - July 16) $280

Week 3 (July 20 - July 24) $300

Week 4 (July 27 - July 31) $300

Extended Care:

Morning (7:00 am to 8:00 am) - $20

1 Hour Evening (4:00 pm to 5:00 pm) - $20

2 Hours Evening (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm) - $40
